Introduction

The Leading with Critical Thinking, Creativity, and Innovation course is designed to empower leaders with the skills necessary to navigate today’s rapidly changing business environment. In an era where adaptability, problem-solving, and innovation are key to success, leaders must be able to think critically, foster creativity, and drive innovation within their teams and organizations.
