Course Overview

Day 4: Supplier and Contractor Evaluation in Infrastructure Projects

·         Standards for selecting and evaluating supplier and contractor performance.

·         Contract and quality management: challenges and best practices.

·         Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality monitoring and auditing.

·         Techniques for compliance verification and ensuring quality in materials and processes.

·         Workshop: Evaluating Contractor Quality in a Water Treatment Project.

Day 5: Audit Reporting, Recommendations, and Continuous Improvement

·         Writing professional audit reports and analyzing results.

·         Making data-driven decisions to ensure continuous improvement.

·         The role of quality culture in enhancing performance and operational sustainability.

·         Emerging trends in quality management and auditing (such as AI and advanced analytics).

·         Final Project: Developing an Auditing and Quality Improvement Strategy for a Wastewater Treatment Plant.
