Introduction
The FIDIC-Based Engineering Contract Management course is designed for professionals involved in managing engineering contracts, specifically those based on the FIDIC (Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils) suite of contracts. These internationally recognized standard forms of contract are commonly used in the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. The course will provide participants with a deep understanding of the key principles, clauses, and obligations within FIDIC contracts, and will guide them on how to effectively manage these contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
