Introduction

The Advanced Program Management Office (PMO) course is designed for professionals who are responsible for overseeing and managing program management offices, as well as those involved in driving complex projects and programs within organizations. This five-day course will focus on the advanced strategies, tools, and best practices for establishing, leading, and optimizing a Program Management Office (PMO).
