Fees: KD 1400 Per Participant

Introduction:

Risk management and mitigation constitute a fundamental pillar for ensuring the continuity of operations within the oil and gas sector, one of the most complex and sensitive industries worldwide. Operational environments across exploration, production, transportation, and refining require advanced capabilities to anticipate risks, assess them, and implement effective preventive measures to safeguard assets, personnel, and the environment.

This course aims to strengthen strategic understanding and leadership-level competencies in risk management and to develop advanced systems that ensure the highest levels of operational readiness and organizational reliability.

Objectives:

Ø  Develop a profound understanding of risk mitigation and prevention methodologies at both strategic and operational levels.

Ø  Enhance participants’ capabilities in designing and implementing advanced risk management frameworks within oil and gas facilities.

Ø  Enable leaders to make accurate, data-driven decisions based on scenario analysis and operational insights.

Ø  Promote a proactive safety culture and reduce the likelihood of incidents or operational disruptions.

Ø  Strengthen participants’ ability to evaluate existing systems and apply global best practices for continuous improvement.

Target Audience:

This course is ideal for:

Ø  Executive managers and operational department heads.

Ø  Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) directors and professionals.

Ø  Strategic planning, crisis management, and business continuity personnel.

Ø  Risk engineers and operational excellence specialists.

Ø  Team leaders and supervisors across fields, refineries, and oil facilities.
